End User License Agreement for

1. Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing or using the Ezine platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Grant of License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform for the purpose of creating, publishing, and sharing your digital publications (your "Publications").
3. User Content
•Ownership: You retain ownership of your Publications and any intellectual property rights therein.
•License to Us: By uploading your Publications to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your Publications in connection with the Platform and our services.
•Content Restrictions: You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
•Confidential Information: Ezine powered by Evolutyz Corp is not liable for any confidential information shared through the Platform. Users are advised to exercise caution and discretion when sharing sensitive information.
4. Platform Use
•Permitted Use: You may use the Platform to create, publish, and share your Publications, and to view and interact with other users Publications.
•Prohibited Use: You may not:
•Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
•Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Platform.
•Upload any malicious code or viruses to the Platform.
•Harvest or collect information about other users without their consent.
5. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, if you breach this EULA.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Severability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
8. Modifications to the EULA
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any material changes.
By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
